Facial rejuvenation acupuncture
Facial rejuvenation acupuncture addresses the physical, mental and emotional aspects of health that underly the aging process. It’s not a quick fix treatment, but a graceful approach to beauty. The goal is to correct the internal imbalances that cause the aging of body systems that reflect on the face as dryness, sagging, wrinkles and loss of vitality.
This is a great treatment option for those who are looking for youthful radiance not only externally, but internally as well.
Because looking younger comes from within!
What to expect during a Facial Rejuvenation treatment:
Consultation. A thorough medical history is taken to identify the underlying internal imbalances causing the aging as well as other health concerns you may have that we can address during the treatment.
Acupuncture. Fine needles are gently inserted into the face and body and retained for 20-30 minutes as you relax comfortably and let your body do its work.
Beautifying mask. An organic food-based mask is applied. The raw energy of the food exfoliates and nourish the skin.
Facial acupressure massage. A relaxing and therapeutic end to the facial acupuncture treatment.
How it works:
Fine needles are inserted into specific points on the face and body to activate the body’s natural energies. The needles increase blood flow to nourish the face, brighten the complexion and stimulate the skin cells to produce more collagen. Underlying muscle groups are also triggered to increase their toning and tightening action.
Results + Expectations:
Improvement begins after the first treatment with a radiant glow to the skin. As your treatments progress you will notice a more even complexion, increased tone and a reduction of fine lines and puffiness. By the 5th-7th
treatment there is a more notable reduction in lines. The skin has increased lift and a smoother and more vital complexion.
How many treatments will you need?
Genetics and lifestyle factors impact how quickly you will see results. Ten to twelve treatments are normally sufficient. Or you may choose to give your complexion a boost with a single treatment. Periodic treatments for upkeep are recommended to hold desired effects within the normal process of aging.
