Acupuncture is an effective tool to help you quit smoking by minimizing cravings, strengthening will power and calming the nervous system, but can only work if you are ready to quit and willing to commit to the process.
How does it work? Acupuncture intercepts messages sent by the brain to the body that demand more nicotine, thereby disrupting the addictive process. It can help eliminate cravings, but not the habit. Generally the treatment reduces cravings from 20+ times a day to only 3-5 a day. It’s your responsibility to make it through those few cravings.

Free consultation: We recommend beginning with this initial meeting that we offer at no charge. During this time we will discuss how much you currently smoke, if you have tried to quit before, what your triggers are and what support system you have in place to get you through your first few weeks.
Acupuncture: We recommend six acupuncture treatments, though you may find you don’t need all six. After your first treatment you will receive an informative list of natural ways to get you through residual cravings using lifestyle and holistic medicine. Thus improving your success!
Remember: Every time you smoke you breath in over 4,000 chemicals, including but certainly not limited to arsenic, ammonia, acetone, ammonium bromide, benzene, carbon monoxide, cadmium, cyanide, DDT, formaldehyde, lead, mercury, nickel, hydrogen cyanide, and hydrogen sulfide, in addition to at least 50 cancer-causing agents.
